We do not run a walk-in office. Meetings with owners happen at the unit or over a call, and guests check in directly at the building.

Open the unit you like, choose your dates and number of guests, and tap the WhatsApp button. The message comes to us with the unit code already filled in, and we confirm availability and payment details with you directly.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM across our units, and each unit page repeats this under Check-in and house rules. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, ask when you book and we will do our best to arrange it.
Some units carry a refundable security deposit, and it is stated on the unit page. It is returned after check-out once the unit has been checked.
We ask a few questions about the unit and the building, arrange a visit, and then send you a written proposal with the expected earnings, the set-up needed and our fee. There is no obligation at any stage.
We do not keep a public office. We are happy to meet owners at the unit or nearby, and everything for guests is handled on WhatsApp before and during the stay.
