No Parties or Events

• Parties, gatherings, or loud events are not allowed
• Please respect the peaceful environment of the property

Quiet Hours

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours

Cleanliness

• Please keep the unit clean during your stay
• Dispose of rubbish properly before check-out

Damages

• Guests are responsible for any damage or missing items during their stay
• Please treat the property with care

Safety & Security

• Always lock the door when leaving the unit
• The host is not responsible for lost personal belongings
